The Anthem is a musician, songwriter, and producer from the Long Beach, California area. The anthem first got into music at 4 years old, when he began playing the drums. Early on, he found inspiration from Timbaland, The Neptunes, Battlecat, Swizz Beatz, Mannie Fresh and “those Intricate producers of the mid to late 90’s.” The Anthem has since been writing his own music for 17 years. In addition to being an artist, he is also the CEO of 500Hz music group.
His latest release, ‘GAS’ has received excellent reviews from critics and fans alike. While his last project “That’s My Work Vol. 4” featured four platinum artists (Snoop Dogg, Xzibit, Tray Deee, and Goldie Loc), The Anthem sees the success of ‘GAS’ as his biggest success yet. This is because it highlights the extreme effort The Anthem puts in to produce and release an entire album under his own banner.
Currently, The Anthem is working to produce a variety of new projects by both signed and unsigned artists. So far, he’s produces 7 entire EPs for this year including “The Catalyst 2”
