Headlights is a gritty and emotional roller coaster ride. Jersey native, Sean Michael, yells out “all my friends keep on dying on me” and that emotion is felt throughout the remainder of the song. The verses twist and turn but ultimately go for the cutthroat by not attempting to do too much. It’s powerful and well thought out in terms of lyrics and song composition. The Hip-Hop elements really blend well with the EDM elements by not allowing one to outshine the other. Take this for a spin in your car and you’ll be seeing red in your Headlights for days to come.
