Asher Knight is a 21-year-old singer songwriter from Bradford, UK. Asher discovered his passion for music and singing aged 16, and was initially reluctant to pursue a career in the music industry after suffering from low self-esteem as a child and bad bullying at school. At 16, Asher was introduced to celebrity vocal coach CeCe Sammy, who worked to improve his self-confidence and develop his craft of singing and performing in front of crowds.
Asher moved to London in 2016 to focus fully on his music. He has honed his craft in the capital, and has built an impressive catalogue of songs, having worked with writing greats including Cuttfather, Mark Owen, Jon Maguire, Olly Murs, James Blunt and more, as well as producers, Red Triangle, AC Burrell and been signed with distributor BDG/The Orchard (a division of Sony Music).
“I’ve Changed” reflects on that growth in yourself and the confidence to carry on even when criticized. Asher says “I’ve changed so much as a person, becoming more confident and discovering more about myself and this track talks about how everyone goes through this and should stick to there goals in life and be themselves.”
